Behold (Print)

$65.00

Was inspired to contact my friends at Underhill Farm in Hollidaysburg to visit with their baby lambs. I felt I was being led to do a piece that was Biblically based but within the realm of my creative focus.

I arrived for their first day out in the field and what a beautiful day it was! I added a gold metal leaf halo on this perfect male Leicester Longwool lamb. The title refers to John 1:29 when John the Baptist sees Jesus and declares “Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”

Underhill Farm only uses their Leicester Longwool Sheep and Angora Goats for their wool and I’m inspired every time I’m able to visit.
