Sparrows Nouveau #2 (Print)

$50.00

I was chasing some blue birds around the yard with my camera but they were not cooperating. So I moseyed over to my garden to check on the tomatoes when I noticed this fat, little baby sparrow struggling to fly to the top of the fence. I then realized God has been putting all these babies in my path to inspire my “new beginnings” … this new life of being a fine artist/painter. But there’s more to this story. I was struggling with having only 2 images (birds) as I prefer an odd number of subjects in my designs but continued on with this layout knowing there was a reason for having only 2 birds … I just didn’t know it yet. I was listening to an audio book, “The First Love Story - Adam and Eve and Us” by Bruce Feiler while starting this piece. The first words were a quote by Thomas Merton “Love is our true destiny. We do not find the meaning of life by ourselves, alone - we find it with another.” … and the Ladybug helped with the design!)
